1969 CAMARO SS 396 L89
A beautiful recreation of the famous L89 396. This is an original 30,000 mile car. Factory
correct paint code 55 in rare Azure Turquoise with Black vinyl interior. Features a straight rust free body,
original sheet metal was stripped and paintedbasecoat/clearcoat. Complete engine rebuild done 3/2008
featuring a 454 4 bolt main block featuring a solid lifter cam with number matching factory 840 aluminum heads.
Toped off with original 375 horse aluminum intake with a Barry Grant 850 carb. A tremec 5 speed was added with a 3:70
posi 12 bolt rear. New multi leaft springs and QA1 pro series coilovers. Four wheel slotted and drilled CPP brake system.New brake and fuel lines. New gas tank and sender, DMH electric cut outs with flowmaster 50 series stainless mufflers thru 2 1/2" alum exhaust pipes. New steering, brake booster,
aluminum radiator, hi flo water pump, fan and shroud. HID headlamps thru Mad Electric relays and Patriot coated
headers. Interior completely redone in comfort weave seats with new foam. Seats restored and all lens, seat belts
knobs,even an original radio converted to AM/FM with a CD playermounted in the trunk. While in the trunk check out the NOS SpaceSaver Spare and Inflator. All new bolts and bushings used and just
about anything that could be replaced was. Oh yes new insulation on the floor as well as new seat belts in the front
and restored seat belts in the rear. New fire wall pad and new heater core. When the dash was apart even the defroster system was removed and restored.
